One of the main features of the course
is the variety not only of the repertoire
but also its activities, musical and
otherwise. Each day is slightly
different but musically it typically
would include:
Morning: Full Orchestra
Break
Wind/strings
Lunch
Afternoon: Chamber Music
Break
Late Afternoon: Chamber Orchestras
Dinner
Evening: Full Orchestra
Late Evening: Free time
Choir (optional)
Interspersed also will be a half day visit to Bridgnorth, a pretty, small town on the banks of the River Severn, a wild Céilidh, a karaoke, an informal concert showcasing the chamber music aspect and finally the traditional last night Abschluss Konzert. There is a nightly bar on-site, which always provides an excellent atmosphere for winding down after a full day!
