Just over a month has passed since I travelled with 3 changes on the train to Stourbridge - undoubtedly one of the most pleasant train journeys ever taken in England. Already missing everyone ... see you in Germany next year! Rebecca

Hallo allemaal! I have enjoyed last week sooo much! I am still not entirely at home...only physically. The other part is still somewhere in between whe great EYMW course and the hard reallity of life. Eleanor, Anne and I found out about this already last saturday at 6 am when we arrived at the airport...people were moving. Live outside of EYMW did move on but we had no idea about what was going on in the world exept for the weather. You can find my photos and videos of this years EYMW on my Facebook. Some more will follow... Thank you all for sharing this great week full of music! And hope to see you all next year! So I only will have to miss you for about 363 days...haha Liefs, Nynke.

Cat, London

Thank you all for such an amazing course. I hope to see you again next year. We have updated the dates for 2009 so you can put it in your diary. Details about repertoire and accommodation etc will be uploaded in November. Can't wait to see the photos!!!

I loved that course so much! Thank you..

Hi guys,
I have to say that I have enjoyed a lot, such as a child. I didn't think it was going to be so much interesting, amazing... and of course, a bit exhausting (but just a very little bit hehe :p). Thanks to everyone for this week.
Best wishes,
Jose
PD: I'll have an Apfelsaft to refresh...

Hi folks,

We have created a new GROUP at flickr (and added all the existing eymw flickr photos to that group):

http://www.flickr.com/groups/eymw/

This means that you already have your own flickr account/photos *cough*Nynke*cough* you can freely add your pics to this group so we can start to gather them into one central location.

Thanks!

Nynke, still in Sassenheim

I will put my video's on facebook. I think that's the easiest way to see them for you (you just have to sign up) Because some requested me to send then over by email...but the files are to large.

Lucy, Redcar (nr Boro)

Hi everyone!
It was an amazing week, but very different from EYMW 2006! We really enjoyed it! We had a lot of fun ( especially in the bar, at night ;-)but during the rehearsals, too, of course! =))
The music was great, it was really interesting to play Bruckner with such an obsessed conducter as Mike. For us he is the best Bruckner-conducter!
But the other pieces were amazing, too. And we met so many nice people. We would like to thank Keith, Andy, Mike, Catriona and Julia fot the fantastic week!
See you all next year in Stourbridge! Look forward to it!
Love,
Lili and Serena

It's still strange to be at home again. Although I haven't been at home that much actually...Today I tried to ride my bike through Amsterdam without riding into a tourist 0:)I can tell you, it's not easy!

It was a good craic this year, good to be back in Heek and see the dirty tree. Yeah me, Potter and Chris had a really terrible sleep on a terrace at Dortmund airport on concrete slabs. Right by the runway. You get the picture. Still, see you in the homelands next year!

Kate, in Bristol (Britain's smiliest place : ) )

Hi Everyone

I really enjoyed the first few days of EYMW 2007 and have since heard that it was a fantastic course. By the way if you sign up before the end of the year (31st December 2007) we will guarantee you a place in 2008. You can use the registration form online. It will soon be moved to the 2008 section but you can fill it in straight away if you like. Can't wait to see you all in 2008...

Best wishes,

Catriona

PS Please add your photos to the EYMW album. There will be a link from the website coming soon. I can't wait to see them.

Thomas, Guildford

At least a few people have albums from this year on Facebook. Angela's is there, anyway: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=3378&id=515883290
(I don't know if that link will work, though!)

A grand week this year - I hear der Wassermann had fun too!

I had to wait five hours in Weeze airport on the way, but at least I caught up on some sleep and sobered up a little before my flight! Hope everyone had a good trip home and I'll see a few people in Hay and maybe a few more in Stourbridge!

Jack, Stourbridge, UK

Hi Madelien

Yes, we will be hosting another flickr account this year, I'll be posting details about how you can submit your photos in a couple of hours.

Many thanks,
Jack (web admin)

Hi everybody,

amazing week this year :) I was wondering... does anyone have pictures, and are they online somewhere? Last year we had this amazing album at Flickr, so I was wondering.. something like that again this year? Would be lovely!
